Reports Ledger

Three report types from the same data — Client (full productivity + attendance), Management (one summary tab), and Team (one senior's direct reports) — each a styled .xlsx built in the browser. A Posting section (accounts/checks/payments) appends to whichever you pick when a GoPP export is uploaded.

QA / Auditing

The Auditing team uploads each day's GoBP export; the page pulls the agents' CMS Inspection and Statement notes, accumulating them by quarter. Auditors classify each with a controlled Source • Field • Error-type rubric whose severities live in a Mistake Studio — feeding "which mistakes repeat, and for whom". New — in build.

Where we are
Foundation — design system, all three frontends, data model from real exports, backend, quarterly database. Done.
Live — deployed on the company Google account behind Cloudflare Pages, real roster loaded, agent workspace running. Done.
Assignments workbench — every process distributes (incl. custom "Other"), presets, accumulate-on-save, Pull Back, Excel-style Review filters, facility-coherent splitting. Done.
Reports — Client, Management, and Team reports (each with an optional appended Posting section) all generate from the live database. Done.
Pre-rollout hardening — local version control, write-locking on every backend save, and surfacing errors instead of failing silently are done; Days Off capture now logs automatically. Auth model and demo-controls removal still ahead of stakeholder rollout.
